10.3 Replacing the carriage
• The toothed belt is fixed to the car-
riage with two screws. Unfasten these
and remove the belt.
• Pull the carriage off the guide rails.
• Push on the new carriage.
• Use two (new) countersunk screws to
fasten the toothed belt to one end of
the new carriage.

When attaching the belt, make
sure that the switching magnet and
the lube nipples point in the direction
away from the drive end.
10.4 Replacing the toothed belt
• Follow the instructions as given in the
sections "Replacing the carriage"
(! 10.3), and "Replacing the idler
end enclosure" (! 10.2). In this
case, discard the old toothed belt and
fasten the new toothed belt to the old
carriage.
F The length of the toothed belt must
be a multiple of X.
Calculating the length of the
toothed belt
Example:
CKR 9-70, short carriage, L= 500 mm, X
L = (2·L+88) mm.
R
L = (2·500+88) mm = 1088 mm.
R
1088 mm / 3 = 362,67 ---> round up to a
multiple of 3 = 363 mm.
363 · 3 = 1089 mm = length of toothed belt.

10.3 Recambio de la mesa

• Aflojar la correa dentada desatornillan-
do los dos tornillos.
• Retirar la mesa de los ráiles guía.
• Introducir la mesa nueva.
• Atornillar la correa dentada sobre un
lado de la mesa nueva, utilizando dos
(nuevos) tornillos avellanados.

Preste atención que tanto el
interruptor magnético o el engrasador
quede del lado del accionamiento.
10.4 Recambio de la correa
dentada
• Observar los diferentes puntos del
capítulo "Recambio de la mesa"
(! 10.3), y "Recambio del cabezal
tensor" (! 10.2). No obstante de-
sechar la correa dentada vieja y fijar
la correa nueva a la mesa vieja.
F La longitud de la correa dentada
tiene que ser un múltiplo de X.
Cálculo de la longitud de la correa
dentada
Ejemplo:
1) = 3 CKR 9-70, mesa corta, L = 500 mm, X
L = (2·L+88) mm.
R
L = (2·500+88) mm = 1088 mm.
R
1088 mm / 3 = 362,67 ---> redondear a un
múltiplo de 3 = 363 mm.
363 · 3 = 1089 mm = la longitud de la correa
dentada.

• Soltar os dois parafusos e a correia
dentada.
• Retirar a mesa das guias lineares.
• Introduzir nova mesa.
• Fixar a correia dentada com dois
parafusos de cabeça cónica novos
à um dos lados da nova mesa.

O interruptor magnético e/ou
o niple de lubrificação deverão estar
virados para o lado oposto ao do
accionamento.
10.4 Substituição da correia
dentada
• Considerar os diversos pontos indi-
cados nos capítulos «Substituição da
mesa» (! 10.3), e «Substituição do
cabeçote tensor» (! 10.2). Desfazer-
-se, porém, da correia dentada antiga
e fixar a correia dentada nova à mesa
antiga.
F O comprimento da correia dentada
deverá ser múltiplo de X.
Cálculo do comprimento da correia
dentada
Exemplo:
1) = 3 CKR 9-70, mesa curta, L = 500 mm, X
L = (2·L+88) mm.
R
L = (2·500+88) mm = 1088 mm.
R
1088 mm / 3 = 362,67 ---> arredondar para
um múltiplo de 3 = 363 mm.
363 · 3 = 1089 mm = comprimento da correia.
