5.3.2.1 Program A - STEEL
For Steel- and alloy rims with clip on weights attached
to the rim edge

The distance between machine and rim is automatical-
ly detected.
Extend the outside gauge to the position 1 and hold in
place until an audible signal is heard.
Replace the gauge back into its home position.
Wheel data can also be entered by using the +/- keys.
A further audible signal is heard for the con rmation that
the arm has reached ist home position.

Enter rim diameter manually via the +/- button.

The actual value is automatically stored when ano-
ther button is pressed or the wheel guard is closed to
start the measuring run.
BM 11 / 20-2 / 30-2 / 40-2 / 50-2
The rim diameter is automatically detected together
with the distance by the inner gauge arm.
BM 10-2 / 11 / 20-2 / 30-2 / 40-2 / 50-2
The rim width is preset depending on distance and dia-
meter. Out of that the value for the rim width does only
has manually to be corrected a little or not entered at
all.
The preset value for the rim width is displayed after di-
stance and diameter have been stored. The value can
be corrected by pressing the +/- button.
Measure the nominal rim width using the rim width gau-
ge or check the dimensions stamped on the rim.
Enter the value manually via the +/- buttons.
