Veneer ceramics
Ceramill Zolid Preshades is suitable for veneering with conventional
zirconium-oxide veneer ceramics (e.g., Creation ZI-CT). For informa-
tion on the thermal-expansion coefficient of Ceramill Zolid Preshades
blanks, please refer to the Technical data (see page 25).
For bridges with more than five units and bridges with massive inter-
mediate units, step-by-step long-term cooling to 500 °C is recom-
mended.

Post-processing
After the final sintering has taken place:
▷ If required, the zirconium oxide frames can be reworked without
pressure, using a water-cooled lab turbine and suitable diamond
grinding points (recommended (recommended grain approx.
40 μm).
▷ Polish the contact surfaces to the antagonist and to the neighbour-
ing teeth to a high gloss when in high-density sintered condition. We
recommend using the Amann Girrbach polishing set for this (please
also refer to the processing instructions of the polishing set).
