6.1 THE PROGRAM MENU

1. Preset 3M Petrifilm Plate Dilution Modes
The following three modes have been pre-programmed
Dilution
Mode Ratio
d1 1:5
d2 1:10
d3 1:20
2. Pipette 1 mL Mode
This mode performs standard 1 mL pipetting with blow-out.
Mode Volume
P1 1.00 mL
3. Open Dilution Mode
This mode allows selection of any dilution ratio within the range of the pipettor.

6.2 Mode Selection

Selecting available modes (d1, d2, d3, P1, d0) on the pipettors is done with use of these two keys:
1. Press Start-button once to activate the pipettor.
2. Press the Arrow up/down-button
3. Press Enter-key when the desired mode is displayed. This will enter the mode selection and allows you to use this mode.
