Never use a defective appliance or operate an appliance
with a defective power cord. If the power cord of the appli-
ance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
their authorised service representative, or a similarly quali-
fied person to avoid danger.
Refer a defective appliance or an appliance with a dam-
aged power cord to an authorised dealer or the Royal Ap-
pliance service for repair, Page 188, "International Ser-
vice".
Dispose of the appliance in compliance with the environ-
mental protection laws of your country. Electrical waste
may not be disposed of together with domestic waste. Use
local old-appliance collection points instead.
The water filter cartridge is made from environmentally
compatible material and can be disposed of with domestic
waste.
The respective implementation of EU Directive 1999/44/EC
into national law applies as the minimum warranty stand-
ard, providing you acquired the appliance as a consumer
within the European Union.
