Remove and clean the rear shock unit (
Select and install a spring based on your weight.
Spring Rate
Rider Weight (with equipment) : 65-75kg
Rider Weight (with equipment) : 75-85kg
Rider Weight (with equipment) : 85-95kg
Reinstall the shock.
Adjust the sag ( p.94)

Remove and clean the rear shock unit (
Loosen the locking nut

Loosen / tighten the adjusting nut
on the length required..
