3) Clean the machine daily to remove any dirt or tyre debris from the wheel clamp jaw slides.
Lubricate these slides using ISO VG 68 viscosity ISO HG class grease (such as, for example ESSO Febis K68; Mobil Vactra 2; Shell Tonna
Oil 68).
4) To ensure correct operation of the inflation device pressure limiter (Refer to the section on "SAFETY DEVICES" of this manual, it is essential
to carry out the following routine checks:
- Check the water level in the water trap to the air supply (2, Fig. L), which must NEVER exceed the "MAX DRAIN" level indicator on the
water trap itself.
When necessary, drain the water by turning the locking ring (3, Fig. L) clockwise.
- Every 30-40 days disconnect the machine from the compressed air circuit and dismantle the glass (2, Fig. L) to remove any solids collected
inside it.

13. MOVING THE MACHINE

Follow the procedures outlined below when moving the machine:
1) Close the turntable grippers all the way towards the centre.
2) Turn the table so that the its straight sides are lined up the projected line
of the side panels (See Fig. M1).
3) Disconnect all power sources.
4) Clamp the pedal (7, Fig. E) with a wedge underneath it.
5) Remove the horizontal arm casing by unscrewing the fixing nuts (1, Fig. M2).
6) Move the horizontal arm (11, Fig. E) all the way back.

7) Sling the machine with lifting straps at least 60 mm wide.
8) Pass the first strap behind the horizontal arm as shown in Fig. M3.
9) Pass the second strap between the two front slots on the turntable plate as
shown in Fig. M1.
10) Gather the ends of the slings in a suitable ring above the machine (see
Fig. M4).

11) Hoist and move the machine with a sufficiently strong lift truck.
