Troubleshooting

Notes! Whenever the appliance does not work properly, try to solve the less serious
problems using this table.
FAULT
The appliance does not turn on.
The cooking compartment is
stained.
The light indicators do not turn
on.
The fryer does not heats
The fryer don't cooks correctly
Notes! If the problem cannot be resolved, turn the appliance off, and shut all the
supply valves. Then contact authorized customer service.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• The master switch is not con-
nected.
• The residual current device
or circuit breaker has tripped.
• Quality of the water.
• Ineffective detergent.
• Insufficient rinsing.
• The master switch is not con-
nected.
• The residual current device
or circuit breaker has tripped
• No power supply
• Safety thermostat
• Heating element broken
• Contactor switch broken
• Working thermostat broken
• Heating element not positio-
ned correctly
• Heating element microswitch
broken
• Heating element broken
• Contactor switch broken

OPERATION
• Connect the master switch.
• Restore the residual current
device and/or circuit breaker.
• Filter the water (see water
softener).
• Use the recommended deter-
gent.
• Rinse once again.
• Connect the master switch
• Restore the residual current
device and/or circuit breaker
• Check power supply inlet
• Check status of safety ther-
mostat
• Replace heating element
• Replace the contactor switch
• Replace the working thermo-
stat
• Put the heating element in
the correctly position
• Replace microswitch
• Check the heating element
by multimeter clamp. If it is
broken replace this.
• Replace the contactor switch
