I. SCHUBERTH SERVICE AND CONTACT

1. REPAIR SERVICE

This helmet is a quality SCHUBERTH product. If a repair should nevertheless be necessary,
please contact your specialised dealer.
Note:
Insofar as a repair order is issued without a clear indicator of the problem, we and/
or the specialised dealer are authorised to examine the article and/or defer execution
of the order until conferring with you. If a clear indication of the problem is provided
and additional issues are detected during repairs, we and/or the specialised dealer
are authorised but not obligated to resolve the issue without a specific order if this
is necessary for preserving functionality and is minor in relation to the costs of the
original repair order. Otherwise your consent is required.

2. GUARANTEE

Your specialised dealer will handle all warranty claims for all purchased SCHUBERTH
helmets, accessories and communication systems. The warranty period totals 2 years in
Germany but may vary in your country. Should you encounter a justified issue with the
helmet, please contact your specialised dealer. Please be sure to provide the specialist
dealer with the most precise possible description of the error and a copy of the original
purchase receipt to be included with the shipment to us.
