10.1 Loading

Goods are removed from the front.
Only add goods to the appliance once the specified
temperature for the product has been reached. Check
the temperature display on the internal thermometer
(see →Temperature display).
Loading specification
See the "Loading specification" sticker inside the
appliance (on side or at top).
Loading is only permitted up to the end of the re-
turn air grille.

CAUTION
Material breakage.
Falling hazard. Impact hazard due to falling
parts/goods. Cuts.
▪ When loading, do not climb onto or into the
appliance.
Falling objects.
Impact injuries.
▪ Do not set down any objects on the appli-
ance.
▪ Adhere to maximum loads of each type of
storage rack (see → Technical data)
▪ Carefully add goods.
Opening/closing the glass doors.
Hands (body parts) may become trapped on
the hinge or handle side.
▪ When opening/closing, do not reach into the
opening gap, especially on the hinge side.
▪ Look out for other persons when open-
ing/closing the lid.
NOTICE
Property damage due to misuse.
▪ Only add goods to the appliance once the speci-
fied temperature for the product has been
reached.
▪ Carefully add goods.
▪ Do not cover the return air grille with goods.
▪ Adhere to loading specifications.
▪ Do not add goods beyond the end of the display shelf.
▪ Close door immediately and completely after loading.
▪ Do not block the night blind by loading with goods.
The night blind must be able to close completely
(see → Night blind/appliance lighting function).

10.2 Shutdown and restart

WARNING
Work on the electrical system.
Contact with live parts may result in electric
shock.
▪ Only qualified staff may carry out work on
the electrical system.
▪ Observe the electrical safety rules prior to
commencing work.
1. Disconnect the appliance.
2. Secure the appliance against reconnec-
tion.

10.2.1 Shutdown

Main cleaning (see → Main cleaning)
Disposal (see → Disposal)
Reasons for shutdown by operating personnel
Damage to appliance
e.g. broken door
For qualified staff, the implementation is described in
detail in the corresponding service instructions.
Only trained operating personnel or qualified staff may
shut down the appliance.
WARNING
Shutdown of the appliance.
Contact with live parts may result in electric
shock.
▪ Only trained operating personnel may dis-
connect the appliance.
▪ Disconnect the appliance and secure it
against reconnection.
Steps for shutdown
CAUTION
Automatic closing of the night blind
Hands may become trapped.
▪ When turning the market light control volt-
age off/on again, keep your hands away
from the automatic night blind.
NOTICE
Material and property damage due to incor-
rect shutdown.
▪ Always shut down all appliances connected to
each other up until the next partition wall together.
Move the goods to another appliance with the
same product temperature class.
