Operating Instructions
If the system is to be operated within a confined space,
n exhaust gases must be fed into properly approved pipes
or chimneys,
n adequate ventilation must be provided.

Danger!
Burns hazard due to
n hot exhaust gases; keep away from the exhaust gas outlet,
n hot parts of the system such as pumps, motors, heating
pipe. Take care when opening the system. Allow the
system parts to cool down.
Fire hazard caused by hot exhaust gases, therefore
n keep combustible materials away from the exhaust gas
outlet,
n do not cover the exhaust gas outlet.

Noise protection

The sound level generated by the system is 68 dB(A).
A noise hazard can occur if the water jet is directed at
resonating components (e.g. large metal panels). In this
case a hearing protection device must be worn.

Emergency drill

Switch the system off by turning the rotary switch on the
operating console to STOP.

n Local regulations for disposal of waste water
Waste water should be directed into the main drainage
system in accordance with local regulations.
n Local building regulations
n Federal Pollution Control Act – Germany
The Federal Pollution Control Act requires that heating
systems are inspected annually by the official district
chimney-sweep to ensure that the maximum emission
levels are not exceeded.
n Accident prevent regulations

n Instruction leaflets provided by manufacturers of the
detergent concentrates that are used with this system.
