Place the feed tube in the sample solution and press READ.
The sample solution is sucked in over the selected sip time. Once
the settle time has passed, the measurement is taken.
Note: The remaining time is shown on the display. Press CANCEL
to abort the operation.
Note: If the PURGE START: AUTO setting has been activated in
the Sipper options menu, the rinse agent is sucked in automatically
once the measurement process is complete.
Note: Either deionized water or the next sample can be used as a
rinse agent.
The measurement is shown on the display.

Execution of a Time Course Measurement

1.
Press TIME COURSE.
2.
Press OPTIONS to adjust the settings within time course mode.
3.
Place the feed tube in the zero solution and press ZERO.
The zero solution is sucked in over the selected sip time. Once the
settle time has passed, the zero measurement is taken.
Note: If the PURGE START: AUTO setting has been activated in
the Sipper options menu, the rinse agent is sucked in automatically
once the measurement process is complete.
The zero measurement is shown on the display.
4.
Place the feed tube in the sample solution and press READ.
The sample solution is sucked in over the selected sip time. Once
the settle time has passed, the measurement is taken.
The measurement is taken in accordance with the time course
settings. The ZERO/READ buttons change to MARK/STOP. To
abort the measurement process, press STOP.
