• Use a carbonate hardness test kit to check whether the filtrate sample's carbonate
hardness level lies within the desired range
• Use a conductivity meter to check whether the filtrate sample's electrical conductivity
lies within the desired range. Discard the filtrate sample after the test

Reinstallation of the blind plugs at the front side of PROGUARD Coffee:
• Plug the blind plugs that have been kept since step 2.1 back into their original position
• Attach the John Guest locking clips
