fume and air suction ducts.
The kit includes a suction diaphragm that
must be used, depending on the maximum
permitted losses in the ducts, as shown in
figure 8/a.
To use the air inlet, perform the following
operations (fig. 9):
- Remove the base of the air inlet with a
tool.
- Insert the suction diaphragm supplied
with the kit pushing it until it stops.
At this point you can insert the polypropyle-
ne extension or bend without using gaskets
or sealants.
The maximum overall length of the intake
and exhaust ducts depends on the head
losses of the single fittings installed
(excluding the doublers) and must not be
greater than 7 mm H O.

Table 1.
2.8. 1 Separate pipe accessories
The complete range of accessories requi-
red to meet all possible installation require-
ments is shown in figure 10.
2.8.2 Connection with existing flues
The ø 80 flue gas pipe may be connected to
an existing flue. When the boiler is running
at a low temperature, a regular flue may be
used under the following conditions:
– No other boiler must be using the flue.
– The flue interior must be shielded
from direct contact with condensation
from the boiler.

Total head loss
With this total head loss, remove the ø 38 baffle from the intake pipe.
NOTE
Before connecting accessories, it is always advisable to
lubricate the internal part of the gaskets with silicon
products. Avoid using oils and greases.
ATTENTION: The three seats on the
diaphragm enable to fit the air inlet in one
position only (sectors are numbered
facing the interior).
