Suction device does not start up,
either in automatic mode or with the
on/off button set to On.
Insufficient suction power
Very strong suction power

Troubleshooting and repair

Possible cause
Power cable not connected.
Voltage supply inactive.
The fuse on the suction device has
tripped.
Suction motor superheated.
Suction motor defective / worn out.
Suction electronics defective.
Suction power controller is at min on
the control panel.
Filter bag is full.
HEPA filter occupied.
Suction tube blocked.
Leak on suction tube or socket.
Filter bag / HEPA filter not seated
correctly.
Turbine touches the housing.

Remedy:
Check power cable for correct
connection.
Check voltage source
Press the device safety switch, see

and interfaces) [ → 12]
Let the suction system cool down;
ensure there is sufficient air
circulation, especially around the
ventilation slots.

Set suction power controller to max.
Replace filter bag
Replace HEPA filter
Check suction tube for open passage;
remove blockages if necessary.
Check suction tube for leak tightness
and tight connection to the suction
unit and processing machine; seal the
tube / connect it tightly if required.
Open maintenance cover. Check filter
bag and HEPA filter are seated
correctly.
