▷ Mount the gas hose with the push-in angle piece
to the stop onto the hose piece of the sintering

base, until the resistance of the seal has been
overcome. When doing this, counter-hold the
sintering base in the furnace compartment.
A click noise will indicate that the push-in con-
nection is properly engaged.
Fig. 15
If connecting the Argovent fails:
▷ Remove the sintering base.
▷ Hold the sintering base by the connect-
ing port outside of the furnace and care-
fully mount the gas hose onto the hose
piece of the sintering base. The tube can
easily break when being bent.
In this manner, the seal is widened
somewhat, and the Argovent can be
connected easier in the furnace.
▷ Undo the connection again, place the
sintering base into the furnace and re-
establish the connection.

▷ Mount the back panel of the furnace and screw
in the six screws.

▷ Mount the insulating stone, ensuring that the
ceramic studs engage into the holes in front of
the floor plate.

To check if the insulating stone is properly seated:
▷ Carefully close the furnace lift door.
