Insufficient sintering results!
▷ Grasp the protective gas retort with the
bowl/cover tongs and turn the retort while
applying light downward pressure until the sin-
tering base is properly seated.
When the gap between the protective gas retort
and the sintering base is greater than 1 mm, the
protective gas retort is seated against the handle
of the sintering cover:
▷ Check the seating of the sintering cover in the
sintering bowl and correct as required.

6.2.2 Sintering
▷ Shut the furnace door.
▷ Open the valve of the gas cylinder.
▷ Check that the gas pressure is at 1 bar; readjust
as required.

▷ Provide for the compressed-air supply.
▷ Switch the furnace on.

▷ When sintering Ceramill Sintron, use program
1 only!
▷ Select program 1 on the furnace keypad by
pressing the key.
▷ Start the program with the
1 bar
key.
