5.1

Country-specific supply voltage

NOTE:
Non-observance of the country-specific supply
voltage and thus operation with the wrong fuse
can cause damage to the machine.
The fuses of the Ceramill Matik and Ceramill
Cleanstream are preset to a mains voltage of 230
V. When the mains voltage at the installation loca-
tion is 110 - 115 V:
▷ Pull out the drawers on the rear of the Ceramill
Matik and Ceramill Cleanstream below the
mains plugs (see figure 5 [9] and figure 6 [2]).
▷ Replace fuses T3.15 with the supplied fuses
T6.3A.

Setting up

NOTE:
Possible damage of the electric lines and the C/L
supply line:
▷ Pay attention that no cables are run over when
moving or aligning the system.
_ The machine is intended for use only in dry,
enclosed rooms. The minimum clearances
around the unit are:
▪ 300 mm on both sides
▪ 200 mm to the rear from the rear wall on
(except for service unit). The intake/outlet of
the ventilation on the rear wall may not be cov-
ered.
▪ 38 mm to the top with opened material
replacement door
_ The minimum space requirements for the sys-
tem are therefore:
▪ Width: 1865 mm
▪ Depth: 980 mm
▪ Height: 2350 mm
_ The maximum weight of the machine is between
520 kg and 624 kg. The set-up surface must
withstand an appropriate load.
_ During operation, the room temperature must
be between 5 °C and 40 °C; avoid large varia-
tions in temperature.
NOTE:
Danger of tipping over when casters are not
locked!
▷ After installing or relocating the system, lock
the casters again.
