Easyfix distance potentiometer positioning
procedure.
1. Remove the left side protection without
disconnecting the board;
2. start the balancing machine;
3. access the test menu;
4. keeping the IN2 value displayed on the board,
release the screw on the ring nut (Fig. 14, 9);
5. keeping the calliper in stand-by, turn the
potentiometer (Fig. 14, 3) to the value of 600 ± 100;
6. block the fastening screw;
7. check the correct functioning during the run;
8. close the machine;
9. proceed with calibration of the callipers (Chap. 3.3).

procedure
1. Remove the left side protection without
disconnecting the board;
2. start the balancing machine;
3. access the test menu;
4. keeping IN4 value displayed on the board, release
the grain on the shaft (Fig. 15, 8);
5. keeping the calliper in stand-by, turn the
potentiometer using nose pliers (Fig. 15, 2) to the
value of 2000 ± 100;
6. block the grain (Fig. 15, 8) on the shaft;
7. check the correct functioning during the run;
8. close the machine;
9. proceed with calibration of the callipers (Chap. 3.3).

Width potentiometer positioning procedure

1. Remove the left side and upper protections without
disconnecting the board;
2. dismantle the arm of the external calliper;
3. loosen the body of the calliper from its seat;
4. start the balancing machine;
5. access the test menu;
6. keeping the IN3 value displayed on the board,
release the screw on the ring nut (Fig. 16, 1);
7. keeping the calliper in stand-by, turn the
potentiometer (Fig. 16, 2) to the value of 800 ± 100;
8. block the fastening screw (Fig. 16, 1);
9. check the correct functioning during the run;
10. close the machine;
11. proceed with calibration of the callipers (Chap.
3.3).

The above notes are to be used for the correct
repairing; in case of replacing the entire calliper unit,
proceed only with the calibration

Engine belt replacement

1. Remove the left side, the upper and front
protections;
2. loosen the 4 screws on the engine (Fig. 17, 1);
3. loosen the adjustment screw (Fig. 17, 2);
4. remove and replace the belt (Fig. 17, 3);
5. adjust the tension of the belt (by tightening the
adjustment screw) until it possible to manually
rotate by 90°.
