6.2.5 Reassembling the slicer
Reassembling the sharpener
Insert the sharpener unit as shown in the figure
until it comes to a stop in the correct position.
WARNING: Never use the slicer with
the sharpening unit removed.
Reassembling the slice shield
1. Carefully position the slice shield in its seat
as shown in the figure.

Reassembling the blade cover
1. Reassemble the blade cover
as shown in the figure;
2. rotate the blade cover 90° clockwise
until it locks into its initial position.
Reassembling of the meat table.
1. Insert the complete unit on the carriage
as shown in the figure;
2. verify that the securing lever returns
to the initial position;
3. verify that the carriage slides freely;
4. check the correct operation of
the slice thickness adjuster.
