Nach dem Probelauf und vor der end-
gültigen Inbetriebnahme Schutzkasten
montieren!
1 Schutzkasten mit der Öffnung seit-
lich über den Getriebebund
schieben.
2 Auf jeder Seite 2x unten am
Streckenprofil mit Hammermutter-
Befestigungssätzen leicht
(verschiebbar) befestigen.
3 Blech an Schutzkasten mit je zwei
selbstschneidenden Blech-
schrauben befestigen.
Der Motor ragt durch die dafür vorge-
sehene Öffnung nach unten über den
Schutzkasten heraus.
4 Abstände zwischen Schutzkasten -
Innenkante und EQ 1/U aus
Gründen der Funktionssicherheit
vermitteln und danach Schrauben
endgültig festziehen!
EQ 1/U darf beim Auf- und Abwärts-
hub nicht am Schutzkasten streifen!

After the test run and prior to final
start-up mount the protective housing!
1 Push the protective housing with
the opening laterally over the
gearbox.
2 On each side at the bottom on the
section profile fix lightly twice with
the T-nut fastening set so that it is
still movable.
3 Fasten sheet onto the protective
housing with two self-cutting sheet
metal screws each time.
The motor protrudes downwards over
the protective housing through the
opening provided for this.
4 Determine the distances between
the inner edge of the protective
housing cover and the EQ 1/U for
reasons of functional safety and
then give a final turn on the
screws!
The EQ 1/U must not rub against the
protective housing when moving up
and down!

Après le test d'essai et avant la mise
en service définitive, monter le carter !
1 Faire coulisser latéralement le
carter avec l'ouverture au-dessus
du bord du réducteur.
2 Le fixer légèrement (pour qu'il
reste encore coulissable) de
chaque côté 2x en bas sur le
profilé de section avec le kit
d'écrous à tête rectangulaire.
3 Fixer la tôle sur le carter avec
respectivement deux vis à tôle
autotaraudeuses.
Le moteur sort du carter vers le bas
par l'ouverture prévue à cette effet.
4 Pour des raisons de sécurité,
s'assurer que les intervalles entre
le bord intérieur du carter et
l'EQ 1/U sont suffisants puis
serrer définitivement les vis !
L'EQ 1/U ne doit pas frotter sur le
carter pendant les mouvements de va-
et-vient !
