Setting of RS485 terminal switch
For the case below, slide the RS485 terminal switch (function switch No. 2) inside the side
cover rightward to select "RS485 LINE TERM". (Default setting: "RS485 LINE TERM")
• When 1 camera is connected to this unit
• When 2 or more cameras are connected to this unit that works as a termination
For the case other than the above, slide the switch leftward to select "Hi-Z".
Setting of 2-wire/4-wire selection switches
The communication method can be selected with 2-wire/4-wire selection switches (function
switches 3-5). (Default setting: 4-wire communication) The function switches No. 3-5 should
have the same setting.
Right: 2-wire communication
Left: 4-wire communication
