1.3 Settings and adjustment
TC
Automatic closure time. From 0 to 120 s. Count down initiates or starts up again:
- at the end of total or partial opening when the door is stationary in the open position.
- after triggering a safety device (1-6, 1-7 or 1-8) when the door is not closed.
With 1-9 open, automatic closing is disabled. If disabled from 1-9, automatic closing is once again enabled, by contacts
1-9 being reclosed, only after an open command is given.
VM
Movement speed adjustment. Turning of the trimmer clockwise adjusts opening speed from a minimum to a maximum.
Closing speed is about two thirds that of opening. Door moves at low speed when nearing end-of-travel in closing and
opening.
RF
Power adjustment. Adjusts the motor force and the obstacle detection. Increasing RF increases motor force and redu-
ces sensitivity to obstacles. With heavy doors and/or doors with high friction, a low force setting may cause detection of
a non-existent obstacle.
Value
Accessories power supply. Output for power external accessories including
the door-open signal lamp.
Flashing light (LAMPH). It is activated upon opening or closing. For pre-
opening or pre-flashing see DIP4.
24 V= / 50 W
Protected exit with fuse F2.
AUTOTEST. Control for activation of autotest for self-controlled safety
devices (Sicur1). In the event one or more safety commands (1-6, 1-7, 1-8)
are active and the door is not in motion, the autotest command is activated in
cycles every 2 s.
Door open signal light. Turn on a light (analogue) that goes off when the gate
24 V= / 3 W
is closed.
Locking device type KZ17OV. The locking is activated at each total or partial
opening command received when the door is closed.
Set DIP3=ON. This type of locking can be used in the following applications:
24 V= / 2 A
[A] - [C] - [E] - [H] - [I] indicated in section 2.
To avoid the trouble caused by a dual locking activation, carry out the connection
as shown in figure 3.
Unlocking piston type MOTH for refrigerator doors. The piston is activated
at each total or partial opening command received when the door is closed.
24 V=/12,5 A
Set DIP3=OFF. This type of piston can be used in the following applications:
[B] - [D] - [F] - [G] indicated in section 2.
Wiring up the motor and the encoder. (Fig. 4) Wire up the motor and the
encoder to the electric board by means of the cables provided (maximum
length: 5 m). (Fig. 5) If two motors are to be connected, use the parallel wiring
in accessory code OVER30SM.
Battery connection (BATK2). The battery is charged and kept charged only
when the electric panel is powered from the mains; the battery is used as a
buffer or in case of power failure and is cut out after voltage dropping to below
22V for 120 seconds. In the latter case, the board turns OFF. Connect mains
and battery to the electric board at least half an hour before powering the
installation (in order to charge the battery). To power off the electric board, cut
off mains and disconnect the batteries.
Attention: Always ensure that the battery is connected to the electric panel.
The batteries are essential for operations in the presence of motor OVER60H
and/or MOTH.
