4.10 Re-close the container by means of the 4 screws, taking care to properly position the cover.
4.11 If the automated device encounters an obstacle while closing, it detects it and reopens. If it encounters an obstacle while
opening, it detects it and stops. With the third consecutive obstacle in closing, the door will no longer reverse, but will consider
the obstacle as a new closing stop.

PROBLEM
The door doesn't open and
doesn't close.

External safeties don't trip.

distance and then stops.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
No power.
Accessories in short circuit.
(POWER ALARM LED flashes)
Line fuse blown.
STOP contact is open (Led SA light on).
Emergency closing is active (Led SA light on) Check terminals 42 on electrical panel
Safety contacts are opens (Led SA light on). Check terminal 6-7-8-9-42 on electrical panel.
Photocells are on (Led SA light on).
Radars are on.
Automatic close not working.
Wrong connections between photocells and
electrical panel.
Radars unstable or detect bodies in motion.
Motor wires inverted (POWER ALARM LED
flashes)
Friction present.
Encoder not connected
False contacts
RF set to too low a value
Encoder broken (POWER ALARM LED
flashes).
Check that electrical panel is powered (POWER
ALARM LED must be steadily on).
Disconnect all accessories from terminals 0-1 (24
V= must be present) and reconnect them one at
a time.
Replace fuse F1.6 A.
Check terminals 9 on electrical panel
Check that photocells are clean and work cor-
rectly.
Check that the radar is not subject to vibration,
does not perform false detections, or presence of
moving bodies in its field of action.
Check that contact 1-2 is closed.
Connect N.C. safety contacts in series and remove
any jumpers.
Check that the radar is not subject to vibration,

Check motor wires.
Manually check that the wings move freely and
adjust wing height by lifting it.
Check connection (max 5 m) and route the cable
through a duct separate from the motor.
Clean the contacts by connecting and disconnect-
ing the Encoder plug on the contacts.
Check the setting of RF.
Replace encoder.
