Auxiliary AC Outlet
An auxiliary AC outlet (B, Figure 22a-b) is located to the
right of the power inlet panel. The outlet is protected by a
spring-loaded cover.
Note: Outlets may differ according to model.
Power is supplied to the outlet only when the unit is
connected to an external power source. See Preparing to
Operate the Unit.
If a Breaker Trips
1. Disconnect the load from the outlet.
2. Remove the input power.
3. Correct the load problem.
4. Plug in the input power.
5. Reset the breaker.
Note: Be sure to also check the GFCI breaker on the
GFCI outlet (if equipped), and reset if necessary.
6. Reconnect the load.
7. If the problem persists, see Troubleshooting.

Unit Shutdown
WARNING
Do not remove the wheel chocks from the front and back
of the wheels until the light tower trailer is connected to
the tow vehicle and ready to be transported. Doing so
could result in death or serious injury.
Once lighting operations are complete at the work site,
shut down the unit:
1. Turn off the lights. See Operating the Tower Lights.
2. Wait 10 minutes for the lights to cool.
3. Lower the light tower. See Raising And Lowering
the Light Tower.
4. Rotate the light tower to the transport position. See
Adjusting the Lights.
5. Adjust the light fixtures to the transport position. See
Adjusting the Lights.
6. Make sure the control compartment cover is closed
and locked.
7. Retract the outriggers. See Leveling and Stabilizing
the Light Tower Trailer.
8. The unit is now ready for transport. See
Transporting.
