Caring for the power plug
Once a month...
If dust, etc. collects on the
power plug, this may lead
to insulation failure due to
moisture, etc., which could
result in electrocution or fire.
Please pull out the power plug
and wipe with a dry cloth.
When flushing
out the feed
inlet filter,
please unplug
the power plug
(When flushing
out the tank's
interior, please do
not unplug to
press the "TANK
FILL" switch.)
Check for water leak
Everyday check
When using, please confirm that there are no leaks
or signs of leaking around the Controller. If you find
a leak, etc., please Turn off the water supply at the
stop valve and contact TOTO U.S.A. Inc., Customer

MAINTENANCE

Flushing out the tank's interior
With long-term use, water scale, etc. may collect on the inside of
the tank.
About once a year, please drain the water from the tank, fill the
tank, and drain it again 2-3 times to clean it.
Caring for the water inlet filter
When the amount of hot water decreases...
If the filter becomes blocked with debris, the
water supply to the tank may decrease, which
could result in the device malfunctioning. If
less water (hot or otherwise) is coming out,
please clean.

Regular inspection
Once a month...
If the solenoid valve, check
valve, or hot water temperature
control dial get stuck,
malfunction may occur. Check
for abnormalities by releasing
the hot water and turning hot
water temperature control dial
4-5 times a month.
Cleaning the spout
Please clean on a daily
basis so that you can
continue to enjoy the
product.
