With long-term use, water scale, etc. may collect on the inside of the tank.
About once a year, drain the water from the tank, and clean by repeatedly filling and draining until the water
is clean.
Before flushing out the tank
1. Press "HEAT" switch to "OFF".
2. Remove covers (3 places).
3. Press the "TANK FILL" switch.
Hot water comes out of the spout.
During this process, check the temperature, and let the
water continue to flow until cold water starts coming
out.
4. Press the "TANK FILL" switch again when the
water becomes cold.
The water discharge stops.
If the hot water turns off before
the cold water comes out,
please press the tank's supply
NOTE
switch again and drain out all
the hot water.
If hot water remains in the tank, it
may cause burns when draining.
5. Turn off the water supply at the stop valve.
6. Press the "TANK FILL" switch.
After a small amount of cold water comes out of the
spout, confirm that the cold water turns off.
7. Unplug the power plug.
