Is the feed inlet filter or the spout outlet clogged?
Is the water off to the building?
Is the power plug inserted completely?

Is something blocking the front of the spout sensor?
Is the surface of the spout sensor dirty?
Water will not turn off

Does water continue flowing no matter what?

TROUBLESHOOTING
Please insert the power plug firmly.
Please turn on the circuit breaker.
Please turn on the "HEAT" switch.
Please reset according to this manual.

and inspect all the connections for any leaks.
Please clean the filter or spout outlet.
Please confirm water is on to the building.
Please insert the power plug firmly.
Please check the circuit breaker.
If so, please remove it.
If it is dirty, please wipe it clean.
If so, please remove it.
If it is dirty, please wipe it clean.
Please turn off the water supply at the stop valves,
unplug from power outlet, and contact TOTO USA.
Please turn off the water supply at the stop valves,
unplug the power plug, and contact TOTO USA.
Please re-tighten the area that is leaking.
Please adjust the output temperature.
When the Power Saver is activated and hot water
is used less frequently, the heating temperature is
lowered to save power. This is not a malfunction.
Supply water until the tank is full.
