4.9- Adjusting the bender

The bender (T) has the function of tilting the
crops, in order to facilitate the gathering and
provide the maximum use in the harvest. It
can be retracted or advanced according to
the characteristics of the crops: the taller the
crops, the more advanced the bender must
be and vice versa.
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting
the following procedure.
To adjust the bender:
Remove the four locking pins (E) - two on

each side of the bender;
Move the bender (T) forward or backward

Fix the bender again, using the four

locking pins (E).
Never adjust the bender with the machine
on. Turn off the tractor, remove the key
from the ignition and wait until the rollers
stop turning completely before starting
the procedure.
