6.5.2- How to replace sharpening stone
Change the sharpener stone when it shows a
loss of sharpening capacity.
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting
the following procedure.
Remove the cover (C) from the sharpener;

Using an 'Allen' wrench remove the two

bolts (D);
Remove the two bolts (E) and the support
3.
(F);
Remove the sharpener (J) from the rails;
4.
Remove the stone support (G);
5.
Remove the four bolts (H) that fasten the

stone;
Replace the stone set (K) with a new one;
7.
Fix the stone set with the four bolts (H),
8.
fit the sharpener to the rails, mount the
sharpener to the machine, replace the
sharpener cover.
Always use original stones. Inappropriate
stone may break during sharpening and
cause an accident with personal injury and
damage to the machine.
The use of PPE (suitable gloves and safety
goggles) is mandatory during the above
procedure.
