Remove the 4 bolts (K);

Remove the 4 bolts (L) and remove the

platform (T) from the machine;
Remove the 3 bolts (N) and the counter

knife (M);
Invert the side of use of the counter-knife.

If all the sides are already used, replace
the counter-knife with a new one;
Fix the counter knife with the 3 bolts (N);

Re-assemble the platform to the machine,

fix it with the 4 bolts (K) and the bolts (L).
Replace the shackle (J), the gearbox (G),

the gears (F) and the cutting gear cover
(E);
Close the platform fairing (B) and fix it
13.
with the bolt (A).
After replacing the counter knife, adjust
with the knives as described in item 6.7
Manually rotate the rotor and check that
the knives do not touch the counter knife.
Operate the machine with a friction of
knives with counter knife will damage the
machine and could result in the release of
fragments that could hit people and cause
an accident involving personal injury.
If all sides are already used, replace the
counter knife with a new one.
Also check the lower part wear (X) and, if
necessary, replace it too.
CAUTION!
Never operate the machine without the
safety protections.
