Main function of instrumentation
The instrument has the following functions: speed indication, RPM indication, fuel amount indication, low-fuel alarm, single mileage and total
mileage indication. When switched on, the LED is in full display, and low fuel level warning light is on, RPM pointer turns to the Maximum from
zero, and then back to the null position. It will become normal display after full display.
Introduction of digital display function module:
Speed indication
1. Digital display is used on the instrument. Display range: (0~199Km/h). The speed indication is 199Km/h while speed＞199Km/h.
2. RPM indication
Stepper motor pointer is used to indicate RPM value, display range: 0-12000RPM.
3. Fuel amount display
Bar code is used to indicate fuel amount of instrument, display range: 1-5, and the time gap is 8 seconds for changing. When the display is
No. 1, low fuel warning device alarms (low fuel indication lamp and oil indication lamp flashes), while there is no fuel, display of No. 5 and oil can
plus low fuel level warning light is flashing together. Moreover, No. 5 display will flash together when there's something wrong with oil gauge
(low fuel level warning light is out).
4. Single mileage and total mileage display
Digital display is used to indicate single and total mileage on this instrument. Range of single mileage: 0-999.9Km; range of total mileage:
0-999999Km. When the mileage value is beyond the above range, the relevant value will be automatically cleared and saved. Both the single
mileage and total mileage are accurate to 0.1Km.
