Adjustment of front Brake

Adopt hydraulic disc brake for both front and rear brakes.
The liquid level goes down as the brake disc worn out.
Brake cannot be adjusted, but the liquid level and brake disc wear should be checked regularly so that there is no fluid leakage.
If the neutral position of brake handle or pedal becomes digger, and the brake disc doesn't exceed the prescribed degree of wear, there may
be some air in the brake system. Thus, air exhaust should be done, please ask the authorized agent to request such service.
Freno delantero
Free play of front brake handle, gently hold the brake handle until it is tight and feel the trip distance. It indicates there's something wrong with
braking system if the trip distance is too short or too long.
Free play of front brake handle:10~20mm
10-20mm

Adjustment of rear wheel brake

Please use standing support to support the body while checking-up the brake.
(1) Free play range of rear wheel brake pedal: 20＞30mm.
(2) Turn the rear adjusting nut when adjustment is needed, clockwise rotation is to reduce the free play and counterclockwise rotation is to
increase free play.
(3) Place the arc groove of adjusting nut alignment with brake pin after adjustment.
