Using the Call Number Memory
Deleting the call number
memory
In order to delete all the entries from the
call number memory at the same time
proceed as follows:
Press the PICK UP button.
Press the MENU key.
Select the "Delete all" menu.
Press the MENU key.
"Delete?" appears on the display.
To delete all the entries press the
MENU key.
"Deleted" appears on the display.
If you do not want to delete the entries
press the CANCEL button.

VIP numbers

You can save up to ten telephone
numbers in the base station and call them
via the VIP buttons on all the handsets.

Dialling with the VIP button

Press the VIP button.
The first number in the memory is
displayed.
In order to select a different telephone
number, press the NAVIGATION key
until the " " symbol reaches the
required entry.
Press the PICK UP button.
The connection is then established.

Entering or changing VIP call numbers

The telephone numbers can have up to 20
digits and spaces. The names can have
up to 13 digits and spaces. Enter the VIP
numbers as follows:
Press the VIP button.
The first number in the memory is
displayed. If there are no numbers stored
in the memory the display reads "Empty".
In order to select a different telephone
number, press the NAVIGATION key
until the " " symbol reaches the
required entry.
Press the MENU key.
Choose the "Change" menu.
Press the MENU key.
Enter the relevant telephone number
using the numeric keys.
Press the MENU key.
Enter the relevant name using the
numeric keypad.

covered in the section headed
Writing SMS messages from page
36 onwards.
Press the MENU key.
The telephone number is now saved
under the name entered.
