Using the call transfer function

This function can be used to transfer
incoming calls to a different extension.
You need to have requested this
function from your network provider.
You can choose between three options:
• All calls are transferred immediately.
• Calls are transferred if your extension is
busy.
• Calls are transferred if you have not
picked up the receiver after about 20
seconds.
The length of time before transfer
depends on the settings at your
network provider or your exchange.

Activating the call transfer function

To transfer all calls press the buttons
"∗ 2 1 ∗" one after the other.
To transfer calls only when the
extension is busy, press the buttons
"∗ 6 7 ∗" one after the other.
To transfer calls if the receiver is not
picked up, press the buttons "∗ 6 1 ∗"
one after the other.
Then enter the telephone number to
which the calls should be transferred.
Press the # key.
Press the PICK UP button.
You will hear a message announcing
confirmation.
Press the HANG UP button.

Disabling the call transfer function

To disable the transfer of all calls press
the buttons "∗ 2 1 ∗" one after the other.
To disable the transfer of calls when the
extension is busy, press the buttons
"∗ 6 7 ∗" one after the other.
To disable the transfer of unanswered
calls, press the buttons "∗ 6 1 ∗" one
after the other.
Press the PICK UP button.
You will hear a message announcing
confirmation.
Press the HANG UP button.
