Initial start-up

Before turning on for the first time

1. Remove packaging.
2. Remove the cover panel on the front of the
trolley (four screws).
3. Remove transport protection from the
internal refrigerant cylinder.
4. Check shutoff valves (Fig. 4; 2) on internal
refrigerant cylinder and regulating valves
(Fig. 4; 1) on hose lines to ensure they are
open. Shutoff valves are opened by turning
them anticlockwise. Regulating valves are
open if they are parallel to the flow direction
of the hose line.

Check oil level in vacuum pump sight glass.
The sight glass must be at least half filled
with oil (Fig. 5; 2). If insufficient oil is in the
vacuum pump, the oil needs to be topped
up (see section 7.1).
6.
Replace cover panel and screw down.
