ESCRIPTION
The pulse nutsetter features
-
torque shut-off,
-
alternative air inlet on top. If the top air inlet is used the screwed
plug <13> must be screwed and sealed in the air inlet on the pistol
grip
-
trigger-start with soft-start valve,
-
available with two different pistol grip sizes,
-
has a lockable torque adjustment accessible from the outside
-
reversible, RH and LH operation,
-
generates less than 65 dB(A) when idling,
-
generates less than 0,7 m/s² vibration when pulsing

ORQUE
DJUSTMENT
Separate the tool from the air supply.
-
Prevent turning of the hydraulic rotor <73> by holding the
sleeve <95>.
-
Turn valve screw <86> with a screwdriver size 3 counterclockwise
gently until stop is reached (minimum torque setting).
-
With about 1 - 4 turns clockwise, set the desired torque (4 - 7 Nm).
-
If pulse rate < 4 free speed reduce speed by turning exhaust air
throttle <7>. Set bolt <10> must be loosened with wrench size 2
first.
-
Turn exhaust air throttle in direction "-", speed will be reduced.
Caution!
Caution!
Do not reduce the speed below 2800 ¹/min, as the idling
speed can then become unsteady.

Speed setting
by means of exhaust ait throttle <7>:
If pulse rate < 4 reduce free speed
Free speed not lower than 2800 r.p.m.
Sample adjustment:

Bolt M5 8.8 = 6 Nm
•
Torque adjustment about 2,5 turns of valve screw

NSPECTION AND
To prevent downtime, regularly
-
check the oil level of the pulse unit,
-
regularly replace the oil level of the pulse unit <55> every 500
operating hours or at least every 12 months, the set of seals <99>
must be replaced.

Is the throttle exhaust adjusted correctly?

Is the flow pressure too low?
-
Is the reverse button not in one of its end positions?

Is the inlet screen dirty?
-
Is the muffler dirty?
-
Is sufficient oil in the pulse unit?

Clamp the tool in a vice with plastic jaws on its pistol grip <1>.
Caution!
Caution!
Do not damage the rubber coating of the grip.
-
Loosen housing <91> by turning counterclockwise using a strap
wrench.
-
Pull off housing together with pulse unit.
-
Remove countersunk screw <15> and reverse button <14>.
-
Knock pistol grip housing on soft surface and take motor parts out.
Set bolt <10>
