Replacing filters is an important process! The filter must be replaced with a new filter with the same properties
and same filter area and category. Failure to observe these rules can impair the proper function of the vacuum.
Replacing the filter bag (bag filter)
– Have a new, undamaged filter ready
– Have the PE emptying bag for disposal ready
– Seal the connection nozzle on the vacuum cleaner with a plug
– Use the filter shaker several times to clean the main filter
– Wait about 1 minute for dust to settle
– Disconnecting the earth cable from the motor head and filter chamber
– Loosen the tenterhooks and remove the cover
– Loosen the star knob screw (item 1).
– Remove the star knob screw and clamping disc.
– Slowly and carefully pull the bag filter (item 2) up and out of the filter chamber.
– Place the used filter in the PE disposal bag, then slowly and carefully close and seal with the included
cable tie. The filter can now be disposed of in compliance with the law.
– Insert the filter in the filter chamber from above.
– Reattach the motor head and secure with the tenterhooks. Verify the filter ring and tenterhooks are
seated properly.
– Reconnecting the earth cable between the motor head and filter chamber.
Note
A filter can be replaced almost contamination free by placing a bin bag over the filter chamber after loosening
the star knob screw.
The bag filter can now be pulled out of the filter chamber and into the bin bag. Then place the bin bag with the
used filter in the PE disposal bag and dispose of in compliance with the law.
