Insert the urinal flush control and
close the protection flap.
Set the flush time.
You must set the flush time within
the first 30 minutes after activating
the power supply.

Hold a white sheet of paper in front of
the IR sensor on the bottom edge of
the urinal ceramic for at least
2 seconds.

Remove the white sheet of paper
after 2 short signal tones.

Hold your hand in front of the IR sensor
within 10 seconds and remove after
the required number of signal tones.
As soon as you place your hand in front
of the sensor, the flush is actuated.
1 signal tone corresponds to a flush
volume of approx. 0.2 l.
Example: 12 signal tones = approx. 2.4 l

2 short signal tones confirm the
setting.
Result
The flush time is set and the urinal is
once more ready for operation.
Replace the batteries
For Geberit battery operation urinals, the
batteries must be replaced approx. every 2
years. If a signal tone sounds when you
enter the detection range, this indicates that
the battery is almost dead, see "Rectify
malfunctions".
Prerequisite
Two replacement batteries (alkaline
manganese battery, 1.5 V, AA) are available.

Remove the urinal flush control.

Open the protection flap and remove
the urinal flush control.

Disconnect the battery
compartment cable.
Replace the batteries.

Remove the battery compartment
and replace the batteries.
Install the urinal flush control.

Plug in the battery compartment
cable.

Insert the urinal flush control and
close the protection flap.
Result
The urinal is once more ready for
operation.
Charge the rechargeable
battery of the self-sustaining
power supply
If Geberit urinals with a self-sustaining
power supply are not used very often, the
rechargeable battery will not charge
sufficiently. If a signal tone sounds when you
enter the detection range, this indicates that
the rechargeable battery is almost empty,
see "Rectify malfunctions".
