Battery Replacement:

The battery used by SmartScan is standard general battery (model NCR18650B) with protective circuit. It can
be purchased on the market.
To ensure waterproof status, SmartScan adopts a built-in battery design. Please contact SONOWIN or a local
dealer for professional battery replacement.
Unauthorized battery removal or replacement is prohibited. Any damage arising from unauthorized battery
removal will be the responsibility of the user.
Follow the instructions provided in respect of charging and other matters of the smart device.

Maintenance

7.1 Routine Check and Maintenance

Check the housing for cracks.

Check the white oiler for cracks.

Check the cable for cracks or other signs of damage.

Check the battery level and see whether it's below the threshold limit value. If so, charge the battery

in a timely manner.
Check the battery charger and make sure that it's working.

Do not dropthe probe onto the floor or hard object. Do not bump the probe against other objects, the

white oiler in particular.
Do not expose the product to a dusty and humid environment to preventdegradation of product

performance and reliability.
