10.2 Warnings
Warnings show on the controller display. To see all of the active warnings, push menu then select
DIAGNOSTICS>TU5x00 sc>WARNING LIST.
Warning
CLEANING The automatic cleaning module
MODULE does not operate correctly.
DESICCANT OLD The desiccant cartridge is more than
2 years old.
DRYER EXHAUS'D The desiccant cartridge life is zero.
HIGH FLOW The flow rate is higher than the limit
(more than 1250 mL/min).
HUM PCB SC There is humidity on the interior
electronics of the instrument.
LASER-TEMP The laser temperature is higher than
HIGH the limit.
LASER-TEMP The laser temperature sensor has a
SENS malfunction.
LOW FLOW The flow rate is lower than the limit
(less than 75 mL/min).
NO FLOW The flow rate is less than
10 mL/min.
NOT DRYING The instrument cannot regulate the
internal humidity.
PUMP The air pump for the drying circuit
has a malfunction.
SENS.DRY: FUNC The air system of the drying system
has a malfunction.
TURB TOO HIGH The turbidity reading is not within
the calibration range.
WIPER REPLACE A wiper replacement is due in the
automatic cleaning module.
VIAL CLARITY The vial or vial compartment is dirty.
Description Solution
Make sure that the wiper head is installed correctly
and the wiper arm can move up and down.
Replace the desiccant cartridge. Refer to the
documentation supplied with the desiccant
cartridge.
