Warm water 240 ml.
Sugar 2 teaspoon
3/4 sachet dry brewer's yeast (*) or 21 g fresh
brewer's yeast.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Flour type "0" 435 gr.
Salt 1 teaspoon
After placing the ingredients in the bread machi-
ne, wait for 10 minutes before turning on the
machine to allow the yeast to activate.
