6. 安全保護装置
この項では、各安全保護装置について知っていただきたい、部分毎
の注意事項を記載しています。
注意
安全保護装置
(1) アイガード
開けるな
目の安全の為にも、絶対にアイガードが開いた状態でミシンを操作
しないでください。
縫製中に針が折れた際に、目に針の折れたかけらが飛んでこないよ
うに、アイガードが取り付けられています。
(2) ベルトカバー
はずすな
ミシンプーリーと V ベルトは、ベルトカバーで覆われています。縫
製中 ( 特に高速運転中 ) は回転しますので、人との接触の危険を避
けるためにも、ベルトカバーは必ず取り付けた状態にしておいてく
ださい。
(3) プーリー
ミシンのプーリーの回転方向を確認してください。正しい回転方向
は、プーリー側からみて右回りです。
(4) モータカバー
開けるな
モータはモータカバーで覆われています。縫製中 ( 特に高速運
転中 ) は回転しますので、人との接触の危険を避けるためにも、
モータカバーは必ず取り付けた状態にしておいてください。
(5) 押ェ
指を入れるな
針板上面からの押ェの上がり量は 7mm 以上になりますので、この
間に指が挟みこまれてしまう危険があります。
膝スイッチによる押ェ上げ操作や、ペダルによる自動押ェ上げ操作
を行う場合は、押ェの下に指を入れないでください。
6.Protectors for safety
This chapter describes each protector for safety. Therefore, read
and study the following carefully.
CAUTION
Protectors for safety
(1) Eye guard
Never leave the eye guard open.
For the safety of eyes, do not operate the machine with the eye
guard open. The eye guard will prevent any pieces of the broken
needle from getting into your eyes if the needle should break
during sewing.
(2) Belt cover
Never remove.
The machine pulley and V belt are covered with the pulley cover.
The machine pulley and the V belt rotate at high speed during
sewing. To prevent accidents, operate the machine with the Belt
cover installed in place.
(3) Pulley
Check the direction in which the machine pulley rotates.
It should rotate clockwise as seen from the pulley.
(4) Motor cover
Never leave the motor cover open.
The motor is covered with the motor cover. To prevent accidents,
never remove the motor cover during sewing because the motor
pulley rotates very fast.
(5) Presser foot
Never insert any of your fingers.
There is a clearance of more than 7mm between the top surface of
the needle plate and the presser foot.
Be careful that none of your fingers are caught in this clearance.
Never insert any of your fingers under the presser foot when raising
the presser foot with the knee switch or automatically raising it with
the treadle.
