Troubleshooting
Before the pressing sequence
Fault
No LED lights up
Green LED flashes
Green LED lights up and
red LED flashes

Cause
Mains cable is not
connected
Mains cable or mains plug
is defective
Retaining pin is not pushed
in correctly
Contacts for pressing jaw
detection on the pressing
cylinder are dirty
Without the pressfitting,
the pressing jaw is closed
Closing sensor on
pressing jaw is defective
Adapter jaw is not
correctly hooked into the
pressing collar
Pressing jaws are not
compatible with the
controller
Actions
Connect the mains plug to the
power supply system
Have the mains cable and mains
plug checked by an electrically
skilled person and replace if
necessary
Push the retaining pin in until the
stop position is reached
Clean the contacts on the pressing
cylinder and on the pressing jaw or
adapter jaw
Place the pressing jaw on the
pressfitting
Replace the pressing jaw
Hook the adapter jaw in again
Only pressing jaws with the
compatibility mark
