Cause
Retaining pin has come
loose
Start button released too
soon
Stop button was pressed
or pressing tool was not in
starting position
Set values for the pressing
jaw have not been attained
Pressing tool is
overloaded
Contamination or deposits
between the jaw levers or
in the pressing contour
Mains voltage is too low
Pressing tool is defective
Power failure. Note: The
pressing tool cannot be
unlocked and removed
from the fitting until the
power supply has been
restored
Actions
Push the retaining pin in until the
stop position is reached. Red LED
flashes and signal tone sounds
Repeat the pressing operation
Press start button again. Roller
drive moves to its starting position
Press the start button and hold it for
about 2 seconds until the automatic
pressing function activates
Repeat the pressing operation
Repeat the pressing operation
Only process permitted pressing
systems, see section "Intended
use"
Repeat the pressing operation
If this fault occurs several times in
succession, allow the pressing tool
to cool down completely
Clean the pressing jaw
Repeat the pressing operation
Check the mains voltage

If this is not successful, send the
pressing tool to a service centre for
checking
Repeat the pressing operation if it
was interrupted
Unlock the pressing tool if the

this, press the stop button. Then
press the start button. Roller drive
moves to its starting position
