6.3. Forward facing installation: ISOFIX and vehicle belt (100-135cm)
NOTICE: When using the seat as an iSize booster (100-135cm), be sure to remove the 5-point harness.
(See section 5.7)
Place the seat in the direction of travel on the vehicle seat.
Connect the ISOFIX insertion guides to the ISOFIX connection points on your vehicle. If you don't
have insertion guides, skip this step.
NOTICE: The ISOFIX attachment points are located between the surface and the backrest of the
vehicle seat.
1. Press the ISOFIX button and by pulling extract the arms completely.
2. Hold the safety seat with both hands and insert the two ISOFIX arms firmly into the insertion guides
until they fasten with a click on both sides. The indicator will turns into green on both sides. (Fig. 1/A).
3. Push the seat towards until it rests firmly against the vehicle seat.
NOTICE: If you don´t want to use the ISOFIX system, skip these steps.
3. Place the child on the seat. Pull the vehicle safety belt and pass it in front of the child until it
reaches the vehicle seat belt buckle (Fig. 1).
4. Insert the clasp into the vehicle seat buckle. You should hear a click (Fig. 2).
5. Place the diagonal part of the belt and the part that crosses the lap on the side of the vehicle safety
seat buckle, through the abdominal belt guide of the safety seat (Fig. 2/A).
6. Pass the diagonal part of the belt through the diagonal belt guide on the headrest until it is fully
extended and not twisted (Fig. 1/B).
7. Make sure the diagonal part of the belt passes over the child's collar bone and not the neck.
