SPEED: The current speed is displayed by pressing the MODE button. Press
until SPD appears.
DISTANCE: The distance of each exercise is displayed by pressing the key
MODE is displayed. Press until DST appears.
PULS: The current heart rate of the user is displayed in beats per minute (BPM)
by pressing the MODE key. Press until PULSE appears. Place the palms on
the two contact surfaces and wait 30 seconds for the most accurate reading.
CALORIES: The burned calories are displayed by pressing the MODE button.
Press until CAL appears.
SCAN: Automatic display of the following functions in the order listed:
TIME-SPEED-DISTANCE-PULSE-CALORIE (repeat)
4. BATTERY
This monitor works with two "AA" or "AG" 13 batteries
Replace the batteries on the back of the unit.
