ady for operation.
After alignment is complete, move a non-transparent object into the path of the be‐
am. Refer to Graphics C/D and G to check the function. If the switching output fails
to behave in accordance with Graphic C/D, check application conditions. See secti‐
on Fault diagnosis.
Sensor with teach-in pushbutton:
As a rule, it is not necessary to teach-in the sensor.
A lower operating reserve may be necessary for depolarizing surfaces (e.g., tape).
The sensitivity is adjusted according to Table J by pressing the teach-in pushbutton.
Do not operate the Teach-in pushbutton using sharp objects.
The sensor is adjusted and ready for operation. Refer to Graphics C/D and G to
check the function. If the switching output fails to behave in accordance with Gra‐
phic C/D, check application conditions. See section Fault diagnosis.
