14. MOUNTING THE CONTROL KNOB

Installation:

Mount the Control Knob to the front panel of the unit. Push the
Control knob firmly into the front panel until firmly seated.
IMPORTANT: Make certain to align the flat portion of the stem
with the flat portion of the Control Knob. This will ensure a proper
connection to the electrical components.

Slide the Grease Tray into the opening below the front control panel
of the unit. Ensure the grease tray sits properly on the rails.
16. LOOPING THE ZIP-TIE

Loop the Zip-tie through the outside edge hole of the front-right
Support Leg and around the regulator tubing.
NOTE: When the smoker is not connected to a gas supply, this will
assist in keeping the regulator head off the ground.
