Do not disassemble motor or connector from motor.

Do not oil or lubricate the endodontic motor.

Do not attach contra-angle while motor is running.

Do not bend motor cord excessively.
The motor is highly sensitive to shocks. Do not hit motor against a hard surface.
Any failure to comply with above instructions will terminate the warranty.
The average lifetime for using this medical device under normal conditions and according to this operating manual
instructions is five years. Pursuant to EN 62353, we recommend that operators perform check-up every two years
after first use: current flowing into the ground, the housing, and the patient.

Solution
Check that the power has been properly connected on the electrical outlet and the
connector on the back of the housing.
Check the On/Off button on the back of the housing.
Verify that the voltage matches the power. If it does not, try turning it off and then
turning the unit back on, or connect the device to another operational electrical outlet. If
the housing does not power on, check the integrity of the fuse inside.
Stop using the device immediately and contact Ultradent's customer service.

Check internal connections in power outlet, and absence of liquid in the housing. Then,
turn central unit back on. If the device does not turn on, stop using it immediately and
contact Ultradent customer service.

Verify that the motor cord is properly connected to the front right of the central unit. If
not, disconnect and reconnect it.
Verify that the cord is properly connected to the front left of the central unit. If not,
disconnect and reconnect it.
Disconnect the motor, and verify that the male connector is not damaged, wet, or moist.
Disconnect the motor and pedal cord. Verify that the male connector metal pins are
intact, have not been broken, or did not get stuck in the female connector of the housing.

turning the unit back on, or connect the device to another electrical outlet.
